1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to CrickPulse RCS scoreboard messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not opt in to our messaging service.
2. Service Description
CrickPulse delivers live cricket scoreboard updates, match alerts, and related content via RCS (Rich Communication Services) messaging on supported devices. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device support.
3. Opt-in & Consent
You must expressly opt in via our contact form and confirm your consent by ticking the SMS/RCS consent checkbox. You confirm that the mobile number provided belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive messages on it.
4. Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies by match schedule (typically 2–20 messages per match day). Standard carrier data/SMS rates may apply. CrickPulse does not charge subscribers directly.
5. Opt-out
You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting support. Unsubscription is processed within 24 hours.
6. Content Accuracy
Scoreboards and stats are sourced from official feeds. While we strive for accuracy, CrickPulse is not liable for delays, errors, or omissions in match data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks are property of CrickPulse or their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CrickPulse is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
